Emmanuel Nsobila is a multi-skilled individual with over Six (6) years in mid-management Finance and Operational assignments, 5 years in-depth experience in retail banking and over 6 years vast experience on Youth Policy and political works in Ghana.

Emmanuel currently work as the Regional Operations Officer at GN Bank Ghana Ltd, were he leads and direct the Operations and administrative of 18 Branches of GN Bank and ensure the smooth flow of the Regional operational processes and procedures.

Emmanuel is Certified Consultant with “SAGE Accountants Network” and holds a Bachelor of Technology, Accounting with Computing from Kumasi Technical University,

Certificate in Think Tank Navigator from Atlas Network (USA)

Certificate in Elections Observation from OSCE/ODIHR

Certificate in National Youth Policy Development from  EU-CoE Youth Partnership

Cartificate in Training Delivery on “Training on Trainers” (ToT) from  Actionaid Global Platform Ghana,

He has previously worked as a Youth Policy Researcher with Voices of Youth GH that drafted the “People’s National Youth Policy”, a framework for youth development in Ghana.

Emmanuel is also the Founder and Executive Director of Hope Faith Foundation, a youth-led community base organization that focuses on the Youth Policies advocacy and development

In 2015, He was the only Ghanaian among 8 young Africans selected by UK Liberal Democrats (Lib Dems) to participate in a one-week best practice training in the United Kingdom (UK), aimed at providing Africa with very good leaders who will take over the affairs of the continent and help move the economic ambitions of its people to a desirable level.

He co-authored with institutions and individuals to draft the 2012 Ghana Youth Manifesto and “People’s National Youth Policy, which is a comprehensive compilation of youth policy options and proposals to place youth issues and perspectives at the heart of Ghana’s development agenda.

Emmanuel skilled in fundraising, technology and communications, including multiple social media outlets.

My ultimate mission is to promote good governance, democracy and apply free market solutions to intricate domestic social problems in Ghana and Africa as a Whole.
